This 1894 Victorian on Haddon Avenue had an original kitchen that hadn’t been touched since a 1980s update. The owners wanted something that read period-appropriate without sacrificing modern cooking ergonomics.
We designed quarter-sawn white oak cabinetry with inset doors, paired with honed soapstone countertops and a 48-inch dual-fuel range. A walk-in pantry was carved out of an unused mud room. Original heart-pine floors were sanded and refinished to match the rest of the house.
Scope: Custom cabinetry, soapstone fabrication, dual-fuel range, period-correct lighting, walk-in pantry build, floor refinishing.
